Another fantastic day. And I'm not talking about the weather.
Although that was, as you can see, rather delightful too. Matt and Sally are a lovely couple, very kind, VERY generous and laid back. They wanted their wedding day at Dairy Barns to be informal. No cake cutting, no first dance, no strict order of the day.
Me: "What's next on the list?"
Sally: "There is no list [huge smile]. Whatever we feel like!"
Me: "The sun is setting, fancy some quick bridal portraits?"
Off we went :)
Both love to travel, and in fact are treating themselves to an extended honeymoon as this is being typed. Enjoy!
Sally discovers a pleasant surprise in her room!
A guidebook and tickets to Rome, no less! Matt is very generous with his gifts, the box held plenty of surprises!
Sally's father arrives with a specific task - open the champagne!
Sally hands out cards and gifts to her family and friends
Matt is also enjoying a glass of champagne before heading back to his own room to get suited and booted
Back to Sally's...
Time for the dress - the girls move upstairs...
Back to the Barn, and Matt is with the registrars
As the music starts, Matt nearly stands on the dress...
Yep, she actually writes like that! Very cool.
We then grab Matt. Sunset light = magical.
As the sun continues to set, the girls have fun with 'formals'
14 hours later, just before heading off, some more fun in squeezed in
Thanks Matt & Sally for a fantastically fun day at Dairy Barns. A wonderful wedding!
